What currency are your prices in?

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes and/or shipping charges.

Do you sell cannabis?

We don’t. 420Way is all about creating memorable experiences centered around cannabis.

Can I travel with my kit?

Yes, within Canada! Since legalization in October 2018, you can travel anywhere within Canada by air or land with your kit, so long as you are carrying a legal amount of cannabis. Before planning your trip, consult the Canadian government’s website for specific regulations.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and region.

What if I own the unit already? Can I buy the rest of the kit?

Each item in the kit in available individually. If you are having trouble finding something – we would be happy to help. Contact us at info@420way.ca

What about international shipping?

We do NOT accept orders from or ship any orders to any addresses outside of Canada.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are normally shipped within 1-4 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on your selected shipping method. Estimates provided for your order are not guarantees, as such they are subject to standard processing times and incidental delays.

I got the wrong item, what should I do?

If we have shipped you the wrong item(s), please send an email to info@420way.ca with a brief explanation, photo(s) and a copy of your original purchase receipt. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping charge for the replacement.

There's something wrong with my purchase, what should I do?

For support, please contact us directly via email at info@420way.ca with a brief explanation, copy of your original purchase receipt, as well as photo(s) of the issue. For product specific warranties, please refer to the Warranties section for your product.

Do you accept returns?
